High School Boys: 115mm turned shot put in various weights. 115mm is a larger diameter shot which allows for more surface area for the thrower to push against. The 115mm shot is ideal for training with lighter shots for technique or speed development. Heavier shots are a great way to develop specific strength in shot-putters using standing throws and modified full throws.
